Browser extension privacy

When you click Scan commenters on a LinkedIn post, the extension reads text that is already rendered on that page: the name, headline, profile URL and comment text of each person who commented, plus the post's own text and author name.

It reads nothing at any other time. It does not run in the background, does not watch you browse, and does not touch pages other than the one you are on when you click.

• ·Call any LinkedIn API or endpoint. It only reads rendered text.
• ·Read, store, or transmit your LinkedIn credentials or session cookies.
• ·Collect anything in the background.
• ·Load or run code from anywhere other than the installed extension.

The commenter data above is sent to forzza.ai, and from there to Anthropic, whose model scores each person against your ideal customer profile. Anthropic is our subprocessor for this and does not train on the data. The scores come back to the panel in your browser.

Using it without an account: nothing about the commenters is stored. It passes through memory, is scored, and is returned to you. No database row is written for any person on that post.

We do store what you tell us about your business — the product description you enter to generate your ICP — against a random identifier created when you install the extension. That identifier is not a fingerprint and is not linked to your identity. We also count how many scans you have run, to enforce the 3 free scans per day. Your IP address is hashed with a secret before it is counted, and is never stored in a readable form.

Signed in to Forzza: commenters are still not stored by scanning. They are saved only when you click Save on a specific person, at which point they enter your pipeline like any other prospect, and our main privacy policy applies.

If you give us your email to receive a scan, we store that email and may contact you about Forzza. One click unsubscribes.

Uninstalling the extension clears everything it stored in your browser. To delete what we hold on our side, email victor@forzza.ai — no account needed, and we do not require you to prove ownership of a random device identifier beyond sending it to us.
