Why your writing voice is worth measuring
Most cold outreach fails for a boring reason: it doesn't sound like a person. It sounds like a template, or worse, like a language model that was told to be professional. Recipients pattern-match that in about a second and delete it.
The fix isn't more personalization tokens. It's writing that carries the sender's actual register — their sentence rhythm, the words they overuse, the way they ask for a call. That's learnable, but only once it's been made explicit. A voice profile is what makes it explicit.

- A writing voice profile is a structured breakdown of how you actually write: how long your sentences run, how formal you are, whether you use humor, the words you reach for repeatedly, and how you tend to open and close a message. It turns an intuition — 'that sounds like me' — into something specific enough to hand to another writer, human or AI.
- How much text do I need to paste?
- At least 500 characters, which is roughly one LinkedIn post or a short email. Two or three samples give a noticeably sharper read, because the analysis can separate your habits from one-off choices.
- Do you store what I paste?
- No. The text is sent to the analysis model, and we keep only the resulting profile — never the raw samples. If you unlock the full profile with your email, we store that email and the profile so we can send you a copy.
- Is it really free?
- Yes, and there's no account to create. You can run five analyses per day. Unlocking the full profile — power words, opening and closing patterns, and the writing directive — costs an email address.
- What is the writing directive for?
- It's a paste-ready instruction block. Drop it at the top of a prompt in ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI writing tool, and the output comes back in your voice instead of generic AI prose. It's the same mechanism Forzza uses to draft outbound that sounds like the founder who sends it.
- How is this different from a readability score?
- Readability tools measure difficulty — grade level, syllable counts, passive voice. This measures identity: what makes your writing recognizably yours. Two people can write at the same reading level and sound nothing alike.
